Lecture, discussion, exchange of experiences, case studies and games. In our practice-oriented training courses, no points should remain unaddressed. That’s why we always provide answers to the questions “WHAT – HOW – WHY”.
We attach great importance to familiarizing participants with the knowledge in such a way that they can apply it directly in their specific working environment. We use the concept of different learning types (visual-kinesthetic-auditory) as a tool for imparting knowledge. Participants use what they have already learned in the course by means of examples and simulations. This blend of theory and practice proves to be very effective, as our results from the course have historically evidenced. Our trainers place additional emphasis on teaching and understanding the basics of team and group dynamics.

We use Zoom for audiovisual communication. All participants are connected via video and can see each other. By using Zoom Breakout Rooms, participants can also work together in small groups. The findings are shared together. Almost like on site. This allows the theory learned to be anchored in exercises straight away.
The training courses are built on interactivity. Theory is followed by a practical exercise. We pay attention to a good blend, so that what is learned is retained effectively. Even online.
Yes, a workbook will be distributed to participants online before the start of the course.
