AGILE REPORTING COURSE
Reporting and planning in the agile world
Which metrics can be used in agile projects? Are Story Points and Velocity suitable for reporting and can story points be normalized? How do traditional tools such as Earned Value Analysis fit into agile projects?
The answers to these and similar questions can be found in one fundamental understanding: the difference between reporting and planning in the agile world.
This training is also available as an open class and as in-house training. We are happy to put together individual modules and customized content in consultation with you. For further information and individual discussions, please do not hesitate to contact us personally.

YOUR LEARNING BENEFITS FROM AGILE REPORTING
Participants learn how to use Story Points and Velocity for sprint, release and project planning. We work out why a reporting system based solely on these values would deliver counterproductive results and discuss the appropriate tools together.
Learn to understand which values can be used for an EVA and which key performance indicators (KPIs) make sense in an agile environment. The challenge here is to facilitate the step from micro-management to macro-management. What this step looks like and what challenges both (project) managers and controllers face is topical to the course.
Participants have the opportunity to bring in their own questions and discuss them in the workshop. Take away suitable tools for agile planning and agile reporting from the course and then use them in your environment straight away.
OUR PRACTICE-ORIENTED TRAINING METHOD
Lectures, discussions, exchange of experiences, case studies.
In our practice-oriented training courses, no points should remain unaddressed. That’s why we always clarify the “WHAT – HOW – WHY” questions in our training sessions.
We also use Scrum for our workshop design.
