The Agile Requirements course focuses on the processes of capturing, communicating and prioritizing requirements in agile projects.

The aim of these processes is to provide stakeholders, such as the project manager, controller, etc. on the customer side, with key information relating to requirements. You will learn to benefit from various modeling techniques and receive valuable tips on how to involve stakeholders in your projects. In this interactive training course, you will learn how to fully record the wishes of stakeholders, derive requirements from them, analyze them and prioritize them.
