INFORMATION ON THE KANBAN UNIVERSITY DEVELOPMENT PATH
The Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certificate is awarded after the completion of two courses. The course“Kanban System Design” transmits the basics of Kanban, flow and how to design a Kanban system. This can be succeeded by either the“Kanban Systems Improvement” course, which shows how to further develop, improve and make a Kanban system scalable, or the“Kanban for Design and Innovation” course, which teaches how to set up an upstream Kanban system.
KMPs should be able to design, develop, and scale a Kanban system beyond the team.

We use Zoom for audiovisual communication. All participants are connected via video and can see each other. By using Zoom Breakout Rooms, participants can also work together in small groups. The findings are shared together. Almost like on site. This allows the theory learned to be anchored in exercises straight away.
The training courses are built on interactivity. Theory is followed by a practical exercise. We pay attention to a good blend, so that what is learned is retained effectively. Even online.
Yes, a workbook will be distributed to participants online before the start of the course.
