ABOUT ME
For over 18 years I have been working in product development, with a strong focus on embedded software. I worked in various technical areas such as complex hardware design, embedded software development, project management and agile coaching in the UK and Germany.
My strong desire to learn and challenge the status quo helped me introduce LeSS Huge to BMW Group Autonomous Driving.
Today I am a freelance consultant, coach and trainer. With my experience from traditional large corporations as well as start-ups, I help companies become more adaptable and align their organization with the latest trends.
