This two-day, hands-on training course involves working on a real AI initiative—from identifying potential to productive implementation, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmaps with clear milestones. Instead of dry theory or endless lists of tools, you’ll work hands-on with real challenges from your day-to-day work and develop concrete, immediately applicable workflows. We use Zoom for audiovisual communication. All participants are connected via video and can see each other. By using Zoom Breakout Rooms, participants can also work together in small groups. The findings are shared together. Almost like on site. This allows the theory learned to be anchored in exercises straight away.
The training courses are built on interactivity. Theory is followed by a practical exercise. We pay attention to a good blend, so that what is learned is retained effectively. Even online.
Yes, the online training courses were very well received. "The combination of Zoom and the joint content creation via sharing made the theory tangible for me. And even remotely," said one participant.
