COURSE CONTENT OF THE AI-NATIVE FOUNDATIONS ONSITE COURSE
In this intensive 2-day program, you will go far beyond pure theory. You will learn how modern leadership works in the age of AI and how you can apply it directly in your day-to-day work.
You will start with a clear overview of key concepts such as AI-Native and EDGE™ and develop a sound understanding of the most important technologies behind AI. The second day will focus on concrete applications.
- How Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, RAG and agents really work
- What capabilities AI already has today - and where its limits lie
- How to analyze a real work process and specifically identify weak points and value levers
- Practical work on the question: Where does AI bring real added value in your area of responsibility?

What is AI-Native?
AI-native means firmly integrating artificial intelligence into a company’s working methods, processes and decisions. It is not just about the use of AI tools, but about the transformation of teams, culture and innovation. With AI-Native, companies develop their employees, strengthen AI skills and scale AI solutions from initial ideas to measurable business success. Through practice-oriented programs, modern frameworks and real-world use cases, AI-Native helps organizations to work more productively, implement innovations faster and create sustainable added value with AI.
AI-Native offers three courses:
1. AI-Native Foundations A two-day introductory course for all employees. Goal: Building AI fluency, understanding basic AI concepts and using AI safely in everyday work.
2. AI-Native Change Agent A three-day, hands-on course for executives and change agents. Goal: Take AI initiatives from pilot projects to real, scalable business results.
3. Leading the AI-Native Organization A one-day leadership workshop for C-level and senior executives. Objective: To develop a joint AI strategy and a clear transformation roadmap for the company.

We use Zoom for audiovisual communication. All participants are connected via video and can see each other. By using Zoom Breakout Rooms, participants can also work together in small groups. The findings are shared together. Almost like on site. This allows the theory learned to be anchored in exercises straight away.
The training courses are built on interactivity. Theory is followed by a practical exercise. We pay attention to a good blend, so that what is learned is retained effectively. Even online.
Yes, the online training courses were very well received. "The combination of Zoom and the joint content creation via sharing made the theory tangible for me. And even remotely," said one participant.
