Many organisations face significant challenges in scaling their agile practices. CASP 1 is designed to address these challenges and provide flexible, adaptable tools and practices that are applicable across different industries and contexts. The course provides the necessary skills, knowledge and mindset to take an adaptive approach and achieve the right agility for your organisation.
This competency-based course demystifies scaling and answers essential questions:
- What is scaling?
- Why should you scale or not scale?
- How to approach scaling?
- How to make an agile scaling project successful?
We end the course with an introduction to LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum). The LeSS Basics course provides a one-day introduction to the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, which is used to scale agile development across multiple teams. LeSS is based on Scrum principles such as empiricism and self-organised teams and complements these with rules and guidelines for larger projects.
The course provides an overview of the key concepts of LeSS to help decide if LeSS is right for your organisation. After this course, participation in a LeSS Practitioner course is recommended.
